Owner and master jeweler Tony Gonnella brings 20+ years of bench-level experience to every repair. He started by apprenticing under his uncle and grandfather, then spent 12 years managing high-volume shops in Pikesville and Reisterstown. Now in Gettysburg, Tony and Regina run a family-owned shop built around an open, show-you-first approach. You can view the exact wear or damage through the microscope feed, ask questions, and approve the plan before any work begins.
