If your watch has stopped, is losing time, or feels overdue for maintenance, we’ll help you get it running properly and wearing comfortably again.

Your watch stays here from check-in to pickup. Repairs are performed on-site, so you know exactly where it’s being serviced and who is doing the work. We handle battery replacement, band sizing and adjustment, gasket replacement, and deeper maintenance such as cleaning, regulation, and part replacement when needed. For mechanical watches, we can recommend a teardown and rebuild when the condition and value call for it. When it helps, we can also bring the issue up on our screen using the microscope setup so you can see what the inspection shows before deciding on next steps.

Owner Tony Gonnella has serviced thousands of watches throughout his career. His training came through two generations of craftsmen, and his 12 years managing busy shops in Pikesville and Reisterstown reinforced consistent standards under real volume.
